What is Realm and Why Should I Sign Up?

Realm St. Asaph's newest ministry tool designed to bring us closer together. Realm is an online platform that offers real-time connection, making it easy for our church family to stay linked with each other. If you’re part of our community, you’ll find it’s a friendly way to manage your personal info, control who sees it, handle your giving, and keep in touch with groups that matter most to you.

Using Realm is another way to help us strengthen our church family bonds. Being the church isn’t limited to Sundays — Realm helps us serve you better and stay connected, right from our phones, wherever we are. It encourages everyone to be part of our church’s life by supporting healthy relationships that are key to our mission. Additionally, it helps us stay organized and keeps you informed about fun fellowship opportunities. When we share life together through Realm, we grow closer and stronger as a family.

Privacy issues are a huge concern for everyone and therefore a top priority for us. Realm is safe, private, and secure. It’s just for our church community, unlike some social networks that are open to everyone. You have full control over your information, choosing what to share and who can see it.

Thinking about giving? Realm makes it simple, meaning you’re in control. You can set up recurring donations, view your giving history, and make updates at any time. One of the best features is the ability to automatically record every gift you make electronically, making it easy for you and keeping things clear for our bookkeeper. It’s all about making giving straightforward and connected to our shared mission.

Getting started is easy!

Step 1: Check your email and activate your profile

If we have your email on file, you should have received a friendly invitation from us to join Realm, our vibrant online community. Just open that email and follow the easy steps to create your password. Keep an eye out for a verification email, and follow those simple instructions to activate your profile. If you haven't received the email and are certain we have your correct email address, please check your spam or junk folder. Still no luck? Feel free to contact the church office to confirm your email address. You may also use the QR code below.

Step 2: Check your contact info and privacy settings

Once you've activated your profile and logged in, click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner. Choose “My Profile” to view and update your information and privacy preferences. You can click “Edit Profile” to make changes, and “Manage Privacy” to adjust your privacy settings. If you'd like to keep certain details private, you have options to do just that.

Step 3: Upload a friendly photo

Adding a photo helps us connect faces with names! Please upload a clear headshot that nicely represents you. To do so, simply click the circle with your initials.

Step 4: Use the Realm App on your smartphone or tablet

After your profile is set up, you can enjoy Realm on your mobile device. Download the app from the Apple App Store here or from the Google Play Store here — it's quick and easy!

Step 5: Explore and enjoy!

Feel free to click around the options on the left-side menu. You'll find news updates, your giving history, ministry groups, the church directory, and so much more—ready for you to discover and engage with!

Contact the church office to get started by requesting your Realm invitation.  Once you accept your Realm invitation, download the app to access and familiarize yourself with its capabilities.
