Worship

We are an inclusive and progressive community that moves to an ancient rhythm with a modern beat.

Worship, fellowship, prayer, ministry and service create a sacred rhythm always made new, leading us into God’s future. Whether you are a seeker, churchgoer, or just someone trying to figure out who this Jesus is, you are in good company. Stay with us as long as God calls you to be here. We believe that God’s desire for each of us is spiritual health and wholeness, wherever you find it. We do not presume that we are the end of your journey, just a part of it.

Jesus invited everyone to his table, so we invite everyone to God’s table too. Sunday worship includes Communion. We offer several opportunities for worship throughout the weeks and seasons of the year.

We will once again hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday after Easter!

This event is intended for all children up to age 12 ** and all are welcome whether you are a member of St Asaph’s or not. Please, invite your children’s friends, your neighbors, grandchildren, anyone at all you think would enjoy this activity.

**For those of you over 12, I’d love help hiding eggs before the hunt begins. You will be able to hunt for any leftovers once the littles have returned with their haul

Time: about 15 minutes after the main Easter Morning service – 12:30pm or so. I’ll make an announcement when we are about to begin

Place: We will meet in the Parish Hall and the hunt will take place in the graveyard (rain or shine –unless it is absolutely pouring). It will last as long as there are eggs to be found!

Important Things to note:

*      we will not provide baskets – we just don’t have them – so please bring your own. We will provide paper or plastic grocery bags if someone comes without a basket.

*      Eggs will be filled only with jelly beans and little toys. No chocolate or other candies as they pose allergen risks. If your child is under 3, please supervise as jellybeans and toys are choking risks.

And, again, please DO Invite any young one you think would enjoy this event!
